About Dr. Tallio
Dr. Debora Tallio has been a physician for over 30 years and remains passionate about helping others achieve optimal health. She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has training in Medical Cannabis, Culinary Medicine, Plant-based Nutrition, and Mind-Body Medicine. She helps patients prevent, improve, and when possible reverse diseases including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, inflammatory arthritis, and chronic pain. Dr. Tallio previously worked at the University of Michigan Medical Center, Southeastern Regional Medical Center in North Carolina, and the Lexington Clinic in Kentucky. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Terri Peach, Office Manager in training
Terri Peach has worked in healthcare for 35+ years. She graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Appalachian School of Nursing in 1982. She has worked closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers to provide excellent care for patients. Her passion is working with others to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care and assisting them to navigate the ins and outs of healthcare.
Terri lives in Winchester and has two sons, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren with another great grandchild on the way. She enjoys gardening, music and attending church.
Karen Boone, Office Manager retiring soon
Karen joined Mindful Medicine in January 2022. She and her husband Rick have called Lexington home for nearly 20 years. She will be missed but Dr. Tallio is happy that she is moving back to West Virginia to be surrounded by even more family and friends.
