EASY STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

I had a quart of strawberries to use up and this dressing sounded so good. Unfortunately, when I took the strawberries out of the refrigerator most were moldy. I had a jar of strawberry "All Fruit" in my pantry so made a quick substitution and the dressing still came out delicious. Feel free to substitute any fruit you want.

Try to incorporate more salads into your diet. Non-starchy vegetables have only 100 calories per pound and most fruits have only 300 calories per pound so you can get a lot of nutrients for little calories. Due to the fiber and water content of vegetables and fruit you feel satisfied because your stomach is full.

You can find the recipe at “My Whole Food Life”: Easy Strawberry Vinaigrette.

What I did differently:

-Instead of fresh strawberries I used 2 TBSP "Just Fruit" and 2 TBSP water.
