BLUEBERRY CRISP
This dessert is super easy and super good! Even my non-vegan husband loved it.

What I did differently:
-Did not add lemon juice
-Reduced the maple syrup to 4 TBSP
-Sprinkled cinnamon on the blueberries
-Instead of coconut oil used 2 TBSP homemade pecan butter since I had it on hand
-My regular oven was not working so used my Breville oven. After about 15 minutes of baking I had to cover the top with a piece of parchment paper to keep it from getting too brown.
