CHOCOLATE CHIP GRANOLA BARS
These are easy and taste great. You can easily customize them by using ingredients you prefer. They will be a big hit with both children and adults. I use homemade snacks like these for Christmas Stocking Stuffers and Easter Basket treats.

With all these granola bar recipes you have the option of using peanut butter instead of almond butter (you could also sub with another type of nut butter or a seed butter depending on the consistency). If buying nut or seed butter from a store, look at the ingredient list to be sure they do not contain added oil or sweeteners. Remember oil has 120 calories per Tablespoon and 4 grams of added sugar is equal to a teaspoon.
