Did you know sweet potato toast was even a thing? I didn't until recently but had some for breakfast this morning. You can top your potato with sweet or savory ingredients, let your imagination run wild! The hardest part is cutting the potato slices. Watch my video about how to cut the sweet potatoes safely.

What to do:

-Slice the sweet potatoes about 1/4th inch thick. You can eat the peels but if you don't want to, peel before slicing.

-Place slices in a toaster with the heat turned all the way on high. Once they pop up, turn upside down and toast again.

-Add desired toppings.
