WISCONSIN VEGAN BEER CHEESE SOUP

Go to the blog page for the recipe since I did not make significant changes. I did not peel the carrots or potatoes. My vegetable broth was not reduced sodium. It took about 20 minutes for my potatoes to become tender. Using 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper did not cause the soup to be spicy so next time I will increase it.
