4- INGREDIENT HOMEMADE CRACKERS
I made these quick and easy crackers to accompany our soup for dinner. The soup was a flop but the crackers were a win.

Crackers are a high calorie density food. Processed flours, including those made from nuts, are not a whole food so are easy to over-consume.These are a treat. The almond crackers I found online all had added oil so if you want some, best to make your own.
What I did differently:
-Reduced the salt to 1/4th teaspoon and did not put salt on top
-Added 1/4th tsp ground dried rosemary. Feel free to add whatever spice(s) you prefer
-You definitely need to watch them carefully. I took out some of the smaller edge crackers after 15 minutes, some after 20 minutes, and the center thicker crackers after 25 minutes
