3 INGREDIENT NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
If you need a quick and delicious cookie for peanut butter lovers this is one to try. In place of sugar, honey, or maple syrup it uses dates which makes it a healthier option. Best to leave off the chocolate of course but these were treats for the teenagers next door.

When reading a food label, remember:
-4 grams of sugar equals 1 tsp
-Total sugars= natural sugars + added sugars
-Beware when more than 1 sweetener is added

What I did and clarifications:
- Did not use rolled oats that are "certified gluten-free" because my neighbors do not have a disorder requiring that
-Did not add extra salt
-Used 3/4 PACKED cup Medjool dates
-Rolled dough into 12 balls then flattened them with the palm of my hand
-Did not use her glaze recipe since has oil, rather, melted 1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate chips in a small Pyrex bowl and used for dipping and drizzling.
