ASIAN CHOPPED SALAD WITH SESAME GINGER DRESSING
This salad is simple and simply delicious! It is deserving of 5 out of 5 stars. My husband loved it too. Unfortunately I could not find any organic edamame that was not grown in China so used roasted chickpeas instead.

What else I did differently:
-Reduced the sesame oil to 1 tsp and I highly recommend you do that too or use even less if you prefer
-Used 1 TBSP maple syrup instead of agave
-My sesame seeds where organic, unhulled, and toasted
-Put 1/4th of a small head of purple cabbage and 2 medium carrots into a food processor to shred quickly
-Used almond slivers and toasted them
-Tore each mandarin slice into 2-3 pieces
-Did not add crispy noodles (canned products are highly processed and contain oil)
-Served with fresh pineapple and a pineapple muffin
