5 MINUTE NO-COOK FRESH TOMATO PIZZA SAUCE

My husband is still on a pizza kick so he can use our new wood-fired pizza oven. We had plenty of garden tomatoes so I decided to make fresh sauce. Of course it was delicious!

I changed the recipe including leaving out the olive oil and sugar. Here is what I did:

Into my high-speed Vitamix I added the fresh tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 large cloves of garlic. I processed it for few minutes so it actually got warm. I poured that into a bowl then added the following spices/herbs:

3/4 tsp salt (or use to taste or per your diet plan)

2 TBSP Italian seasoning

1 TBSP dried oregano

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp fennel seeds

1/2 tsp onion powder

Add fresh basil as desired. I added several large leaves, thinly sliced

I froze my leftovers.
