AMAZING BAKED ZITI

This recipe was a hit with my family, including the left overs. Whole grain pasta would have been preferable but my husband likes white pasta. At least he was able to enjoy this meal even though it had no meat or cheese.

What I did:

-Used homemade pasta sauce

-Made the "vegan lemon parmesan cheese" to use on top (you don't taste the lemon once baked with the ziti)
