BLUEBERRY ALMOND BREAKFAST COOKIES
These cookies are super delicious but given the amount of maple syrup they contain I consider these a "transitional" recipe. They were sweet enough to me to be enjoyed as a dessert. My neighbors said they would love them for breakfast.

What I did differently:
-Didn't have already slivered almonds so chopped whole almonds
-Used 1/2 cup quick oats since what I had on hand
-Made 6 cookies and baked for 15 minutes
