BEST EVER EASY GRAVY
My husband and I eat a lot of potatoes. We usually have a potato-only dinner twice a week. To change things up I made this gravy and we really liked it. Super easy, fast and delicious.

The recipe calls for optional use of “Kitchen Bouquet” which I did not use. Here are the ingredients for “Kitchen Bouquet”: Caramel Color (Sulfites), Water, Vegetable Base (Water, Carrots, Celery, Cabbage, Onion, Parsley, Turnips, Parsnips), Less Than 2% Of: Spices, Salt, Sodium Benzoate Added to Preserve Freshness.
These videos are older but you can see what Dr. Greger has to say about "caramel color" and "sodium benzoate." Now people do not typically drink much “Kitchen Bouquet” but soda drinkers should be aware and beware:
What I did differently:
-Used white whole wheat flour since what I had
-I didn't use reduced salt broth so was a bit too salty for me but my husband thought it was fine since he usually salts his potatoes
-Did not add “Kitchen Bouquet” since I don't use that product
