DECONSTRUCTED VEGAN BLT

I have so many delicious garden tomatoes and was craving a vegan "BLT" so decided to make a salad version. It was scrumptious. I didn't have romaine lettuce so used baby kale from my garden.

Here is how I made the tempeh "bacon.”

Here is how I made the Garlic Aioli but since I was using it as a dressing I added an extra 1/2 cup water.
