SNICKERS COOKIES
I made these cookies for my neighbor's son birthday. He and his brother are so precious, always willing to be my food testers and they both gave these cookies a special thumbs up!

Per the Snickers website, Snickers candy bar ingredients includes corn syrup, sugar, lactose, and artificial flavor. Beware when there are more than one sweeteners. For a 1.86 oz Snickers bar, there are 26 grams of added sugar. Since 1 tsp of sugar is 4 grams, that means each Snickers bar has 6 1/2 teaspoons of sugar!
What I did and clarifications:
-My rolled oats weighed 50 grams and almond flour 90 grams
-Since my peanut butter and dry roasted peanuts had salt, I reduced the added salt to 1/8th tsp
-My small Vitamix bowl would not process the dates easily so I added the maple syrup to the Vitamix bowl to help it along
-My peanut butter weighed 255 grams
-My 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanuts weighed 66 grams each
-After draining the dates from their soaking water, I saved the water to use later to sweeten my herbal tea
-When working the dough, I often used my hands
-My balls of dough weighed 27-28 grams each and I made 24 cookies
-I put all of the dough balls on a baking tray (12 per tray) then flattened each using the palm of my hand
-Baked 10 minutes
