TIK TOK CARROT "BACON"

Seems the universe was telling me to make carrot bacon. Two people nearly simultaneously sent me the carrot bacon Tik Tok video that went viral plus my husband forgot he already bought carrots and came home with a second 2 pound bag! Sadly, the carrot bacon was not a success for me. Since carrots are naturally tapered, one end got overdone while the other end underdone. Perhaps if I had an actual air fryer it would have worked better. I baked one batch in the oven and another batch in my Breville oven set at superconvection air fry. My dogs loved the carrot bacon, my husband didn't. All was not lost because I used the left over uncooked marinated carrot strips to make dog treats.
