GINGER SNAP COOKIES

These cookies are super good, not too spicy, just delicious. My husband who hates ginger thought they were really good. My neighbor said her husband was raised on banana pudding made with ginger snaps and these would be perfect if anyone wants to give that a try.

This is another winning recipe by "Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures": GINGER SNAP COOKIES. Since I did not have to make any significant changes, go to their page to print the recipe. Since I wanted a chewier cookie, I reduced the cornstarch to 1 Tablespoon. I only added a dash of salt. I baked them half at a time and made 17 cookies.
