CHOCOLATE MOLTEN LAVA SOUFFLE
When my children were young I used to make a chocolate lava cake out of a box and they loved it. This recipe brought back great memories except for my regrets over not reading labels carefully enough back then. This recipe is quite decadent so be careful if you have trouble controlling your chocolate cravings.
I came across the recipe on the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Facebook page and no surprise, it was from "Monkey and Me." If you like to cook/bake, you need to check out "Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures" because they are awesome!
Here is Dr. Greger's 1 minute video about the healthiest chocolate for your chocolate fix.
What I did:
-Since I ground my own oats and flaxseed and my cacao powder was clumpy I sifted the dry ingredients
-Per my daughter's request, I did not use coffee or tahini. I used peanut butter in place of the tahini.
-I don't own sea salt so used a bit less than 1/8th tsp regular salt
-I don’t own ramekins so used 5 oz glass Pyrex bowls I got from the Goodwill
