GRILLED FRESH FRUIT
Simply prepared foods can taste so amazing. I was just in Florida with family and we had grilled fresh pineapple slices and peaches for dessert. Some topped theirs with ice cream but I enjoyed mine plain. If you prefer, top it with "nice cream" which is better for your health than dairy-based ice cream.

Here is how to make "nice cream." I use vanilla extract. Sometimes I add other ingredients to make different flavors. There are ample recipes online.
