ROASTED BROCCOLI AND SPICY TAHINI BY CHEF TOM WALTON

My daughter sent me this picture and recipe stating that is was "easy and so good." Some folks might have this as a side dish but she had it as her meal. Looks amazing! I can't wait to make it.

She found the recipe on Instagram but here it is on the internet: Roast Broccoli & Spicy Tahini

Why no oil? I feel like a broken record but here again is Dr. Klaper in an 11 minute video clip explaining why: Olive Oil Is Not Healthy

If you want more info, Dr. McDougall provides it in his newsletter "When Friends Ask: Why Do You Avoid Adding Vegetable Oils?”

NOTE: Due to the distinctive flavor of sesame oil, Dr. McDougall allows a "dash."

What she did differently and clarifications:

-Did not use olive oil when roasting the broccoli

-FYI: 240 degrees Celsius is 465 degrees Fahrenheit

-Lowered the sesame oil to 1/2 tsp

-She put the rest of the ingredients in a jar and shook to combine then poured it over the cooked broccoli
