SALAD DRESSINGS MY HUSBAND LOVES
It's easy to eat a big salad for dinner when the dressing is awesome. My husband prefers Catalina dressing or French dressing and I found both recipes on "Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures" recipe blog. They taste about the same to me...both excellent and better than store-bought.

What I did differently for Catalina:
-Did not have ume plum vinegar so used red wine vinegar
What I did differently for French:
-Used reduced sodium tamari
-Did not have red onion so used sweet onion
-Reduced salt to 1/4 tsp
