CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SHAKE
I don’t recommend smoothies when trying to lose weight. Chew your food if able. Sometimes though it makes a nice treat. I ate this dessert with a spoon.

What I did differently:
-I always keep very ripe bananas in my freezer for occasions just like this. I measured out 200 grams
-Reduced peanut butter to 1 TBSP
-Used just 1 Medjool date
-Used homemade plant-based milk
-Did not add the optional ice
-Added a large handful of raw baby spinach
-Added 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
