Sometimes I feel like having aioli on my vegan "burger" instead of mustard or ketchup. Since I don't eat mayonnaise or oil I have to make my own vegan version. This recipe found at “The Simple Veganista” blog is quick, easy and delicious: VEGAN AIOLI (2-MINUTE + OIL-FREE)

What I did and clarifications:

-Boiled water in my teapot and used that water to soak cashews for about an hour then drained the water

-Used 4 cloves garlic

-Used 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
