I'M POSSIBLE BURGER
No, this does not taste like the Impossible Burger but it is quite delicious in its own right and healthier. The consistency is better than any other plant-based burger I have made and my husband said that hands-down it is his favorite so far. My children thought they were terrific. I dressed mine with the usual burger toppings of mustard, tomato, onion, and pickles and I was super happy!

What I did differently:
-Used food processor to chop the mushrooms before cooking. Cooked them until they stop releasing their water.
-Used medium grain rice since it is what I had
-Shredded the beets in a food processor. Next time I will process further so they are even smaller bits and will mix in better.
-Reduced red pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp
-Did not use oil
-Baked the burgers on a parchment-line baking sheet at 350 degrees, about 12 minutes each side
