CHILI LIME ROASTED ASPARAGUS
This recipe is very easy and delicious. I made it for Cinco de Mayo. I just removed the oil from the original recipe by With Food + Love.

Chili Lime Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
1 pound asparagus, tough ends removed
2 Tablespoons aquafaba
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl whisk together the aquafaba, spices, and lime juice/zest.
Toss the asparagus and the spice mix in a large bowl.
Spread the asparagus on the baking sheet.
Roast for 12-14 minutes or until slightly browned.
