LAVASH CRACKERS

I often have trouble finding crackers made without oil so decided to make my own using whole wheat lavash bread. They are awesome. You can season them however you like but I left mine plain since using for a dip.

You can find the instructions at “Kathy’s Vegan Kitchen” blog: Lavash Crackers

What is aquafaba? It's simply the liquid you pour out when draining a can of chickpeas (or technically other beans but chickpeas are the best). Read the WebMD has a blog article to learn more.

What I did differently:

-Used a pizza cutter to cut the breads and did not worry about size variability

-Did not brush with aquafaba since not adding seasoning

-Did not use parchment paper or silicone mat

-Used my son's mini-oven so watched them closely because they baked quickly
